Sewing kits for US troops. During the War, the were dozens of styles of sewing kits available to American service personnel. Some were issued, and nearly every PX, tailor shop, general store, dime store, and the Red Cross offered some variation of them to the troops.

ATF copied this from one in their collection; it's made from Army pattern HBT cotton, and they equipped it with pins, needles, several types of thread, and a wide selection of buttons for US uniforms.
